To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manxeon @ Thunder Advertising shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

- These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Manxeon @ Thunder Advertising (“Company”).
- The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Eligibility & Orders
- Order may only be placed by customers within Malaysia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, and availability at the sole discretion of the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order without liability.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received and cleared prior to order processing.
- Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from failed, declined, or delayed payment transactions.
- Orders will not be processed until full payment is confirmed.
5. Production, Processing & Delivery
- Production shall commence only after payment confirmation and, where applicable, Final Approval (FA) of artwork.
- Estimated processing timelines are indicative only and shall not be deemed as guaranteed delivery deadlines.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Shipping fees, unless otherwise stated, are excluded from product pricing.
6. Artwork, FA Proofing & Customer Responsibility
- Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all submitted artwork, specifications, and content.
- Production will commence only upon the Customer’s Final Approval (FA).
- Upon granting Final Approval, the Customer irrevocably accepts all content as accurate and final.
- No amendments, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted after Final Approval has been confirmed.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or defects resulting from Customer-approved artwork.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in the Company’s Return Policy.
- Any refunds, replacements, or reprints shall be subject to the Company’s assessment and granted solely at its absolute discretion, in accordance with applicable policy terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manxeon @ Thunder Advertising shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use of products or services
- Delays in production or delivery
- Errors in customer-provided materials
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, materials, and designs remain the exclusive property of Manxeon @ Thunder Advertising unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- The Customer warrants that all submitted materials do not infringe any third-party rights and agrees to indemnify the Company against any related claims.
10. Privacy & Data Use
- By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
