Salary estimates are derived from publicly available sources including the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) Salaries & Wages Survey 2025, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Administrative Data Q2 2025, and the Mercer Malaysia Salary Survey 2025. These figures are used as reference benchmarks only.

Actual compensation is influenced by factors beyond the scope of this Tool, including job scope, employer size, individual negotiation, internal pay bands, geographic cost of living, economic conditions, and regulatory changes. The Publisher makes no warranty that any salary figure reflects the actual compensation available to any specific individual, role, or employer.

All salary data covers the formal employment sector only as defined by DOSM. Gig workers, freelancers, and informal workers may not be accurately represented by these benchmarks.

The Tool's underlying models are periodically updated but may not reflect the most current market conditions, regulatory changes, or industry-specific developments at the time of use. This Tool does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). All responses entered by the user are processed locally within the user's web browser session and are not transmitted to any server, database, or third party.

Users acknowledge that results generated during their session will be lost upon closing or refreshing the browser, and the Publisher retains no record of any individual's responses or results. This Tool operates in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia.
