TENSION FABRIC CATAGORY

Warranty coverage for tension fabric booth displays typically falls into 2 categories: a Pro or Standard warranty for the aluminum hardware, and a 2–3 year warranty for the printed fabric graphics. Most warranties cover manufacturing defects, but do not cover damage caused by improper usage, transportation, or normal wear and tear.

Typical Warranty Coverage Breakdown:
Aluminum Hardware:
  • Often carries a 6-month to 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering issues such as broken joints or snapped poles. Customers are usually required to return the hardware to the manufacturer for assessment before any claim or repair can be processed.
Fabric Graphics:
  • Generally covered for 2 to 5 years against color fading and fabric preservation issues. Zipper failures or sewing defects may be covered, but stretching or pulling damage caused by users is usually not warranted.
Accessories & Bags:
  • Carrying bags and optional lights usually come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty.
Replacement:
  • Defective items are typically repaired or replaced, although customers may be required to pay shipping costs.

Common Exclusions & Conditions:
Usage of the product:
  • Damage caused by wind, rain, or incorrect installation (especially when indoor-rated fabrics are used outdoors) is generally not covered.
Damaged Goods:
  • Claims for transit damage or initial defects usually must be reported within a limited timeframe, such as 3–24 hours after receiving the product.
Graphics:
  • Final sale policies or limited liability often apply to graphics after they have been used, due to the high risk of wear and tear.
