Step 1. Digital Signage DIY Troubleshoot & Support
Please refer to the following steps for self-diagnosis BEFORE WE DETERMINE whether onsite service is required.
- Please check that all plug points, sockets, and power cables are securely connected and properly installed.
- Open the back panel of the device and record a clear video showing the motherboard.
- Check the power button and confirm whether any indicator lights are blinking or illuminated, both on the front and back of the device.
- Please confirm the date when the device first started malfunctioning or stopped functioning.
- Record a video and take multiple Images of the diagnosis process and send it to us through the following link:

NOTE: If the above troubleshooting steps do not provide a positive outcome, the customer may proceed to STEP 2 to arrange an onsite technician visit for further investigation.

NOTES:
- Transportation charges will apply for technician onsite diagnosis visits. Pricing is subject to travel distance and special occasion or public holiday rates.
- Onsite diagnostics do not include onsite repairs, spare part replacements, or guaranteed recovery of the digital signage unit.
- Charges for damaged parts or software corruption will be billed separately. A quotation will be provided after the identified issues have been finalized.
Step 3: Quotation / Invoice / Confirmation
Once we receive your request for technician onsite support, we will reconfirm the availability date based on your requested schedule.
- We will then provide a quotation including transportation and technician service charges.
- After the customer confirms, kindly send us the Purchase Order (PO) so that we can proceed with the invoice for payment settlement.
- A confirmation of the scheduled DATE & TIME will be sent via EMAIL or WHATSAPP to notify you of our technician’s arrival for further action.
Warranty
