Before you proceed all below’s task, you must make sure, your future Spouse’s Visa is Tourist / Social VISA Status and NOT Working Visa!

Marrying foreigner is not easy and not difficult. if you follow the steps, rules and regulations, everything should goes smoothly. Here is my challenges journey I faced to marry my beloved Philipeno wife,which I would like to share for those who going to need some tips or “how to” help so that yall do not need go thru the trouble and hassle.

Step 1: Go to JPN Cyberjaya Building - Waze / Google map

Go to LEVEL 1: Bahagian Perkahwinan & Penceraian
Queue at info Counter,
  • Get form to fill up
  • Prepare Personal document - Ic / Passport
  • Prepare Partner document - Ic / Passport
Note: If you find the process very confusing or hassle, there are few “Helpers” lurking around that floor to assist, with charges of cause. They usually will come ask you if you need any help.

Go to GROUND Floor: Pesuruhan Sumpah @ Court’s Mini Counter
  • Get filled up Document to Stamp by Judge
  • Pay Fees Rm4 (2019) Using Debit Card or Cash
Note: Avoid visit JPN during lunch hour - 1pm to 2pm or you have to go to other building across the outside road around , 10 minute walking distance @ Main Court to get stamps

Step 2: Travel to KLN Building

WISMA PUTRA KEMENTERIAN LUAR NEGERI
  • Get Verification Stamp (Another 1 hour)
  • Pay RM10 for the Stamping fees
  • Wait 20 to 30 minutes to collect Certification

That’s all the process I need to went thru marrying my lovely Philipino wife, the whole process going to take fastest 4 hours or worst 6 hours if that particular day is peak hour.

Bad News...

Well... remember the 1st paragraph I warn about? Unfortunately all this process doesn’t work out because once I completed the whole process, we both realise that my wife’s visa was Working visa... we were devastated and sad that day.

So we decided to try method B. our marriage going to be process in Philippine instead which most of my friends and family said it’s much more easy.
