Children are the future of our nation. How can any nation truly prosper when its youngest generation lives in fear?
How I ended up writing this, I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it's God's arrangement, or perhaps I've been avoiding to share my inner voice about it for a long time.
Every month or year, we hear stories about cyberbullying and school bullying. Those are the cases serious enough to make the headlines. But what about the countless others that never reach the media?
My son is about 3 years old, and he means the world to me. Watching him smile, laugh, and constantly seek attention fills me with joy. At the same time, it makes me worry... VERY WORRY. What if one day all of that changes? What if he comes home with bruises, crying, his face filled with fear?
Frankly speaking, I was a victim of bullying as well. I consider myself "lucky" because my experience never became severe enough to make the news. I was fortunate enough to fight back and not completely surrender to being bullied in silence to those cibais. But that's a story for another day. As I think more about my son's future, I find myself paying closer attention to bullying issues. In the past, I would see such news and simply scroll away.
Now, I invest time to read the articles and pay attention to what reporters and communities are saying about this issues. And somehow my college out of nowhere recommend us to what this particular show call - TEACH YOU A LESSONS 10/10.

I wouldn't say that the authorities or the government are not doing their jobs. However, their efforts often seem quieter than the noise surrounding viral food trends, memes, influencers chasing views, entrepreneurs creating TikTok skits, people handing out money on the streets for content, online gurus posting Instagram carousels, and influencers dancing for attention.
Bullying affects lives. It shapes childhoods. ( I know that 1srt hand) In some cases, it leaves scars that remain long after the bruises disappear. Yet it often feels like the conversation around it is not loud enough.
Perhaps the problem isn't that nobody cares. Perhaps it's that too many of us only pay attention when a tragedy becomes impossible to ignore.

Malaysia's School Bullying Crisis: What the Numbers Really Show
Bullying cases in Malaysian schools have risen sharply over the past five years, peaking in 2024 before showing the first signs of decline. Behind the statistics is a national reckoning sparked by tragedy, a new law, and a growing conversation about who is responsible for keeping children safe. Here is what the verified data shows, and where to turn if you or someone you know needs help.
The Numbers: 2021–2025
According to figures presented by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in the Dewan Rakyat, bullying cases in government schools climbed dramatically over four years:
The 2024 figures were confirmed by then-Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek in Parliament, and reconfirmed by Bernama in a follow-up report in early 2026. The 2025 figures come from a written parliamentary reply reported by Free Malaysia Today (FMT) in February 2026.
It's worth noting that the exact primary-secondary split for 2025 is reported inconsistently across outlets (FMT and Bernama present different breakdowns), so while the overall decline is well-supported, the granular split should be treated with some caution.
Education officials have offered an important caveat: the sharp rise from 2021 to 2024 likely reflects better detection and reporting, not only a worsening of student behavior. This doesn't make the numbers less serious, but it does shape how we should interpret the trend.
- 2021: 326 cases
- 2022: 3,887 cases
- 2023: 6,528 cases
- 2024: 7,681 cases — the highest on record, made up of 5,689 secondary school cases and 1,992 primary school cases
- 2025: 5,038 cases — the first year-on-year decline since 2021

Who Is Affected (KENA) Most
Secondary school students bear the brunt of reported bullying, accounting for nearly three times as many cases as primary school students in 2024.
This pattern is consistent with broader research: a 2022 Adolescent Health Survey by the Ministry of Health, which surveyed 33,523 students across 239 schools, found that 8.6% of secondary students reported being bullied. The most common forms were:
Globally, Malaysia ranked 2nd in Asia for youth cyberbullying according to UNICEF data from 2020, underlining that this is not an isolated national issue but part of a wider regional pattern.

The Case That Changed the Conversation
In July 2025, the death of 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir in Sabah became a national flashpoint. The case, which received extensive coverage from outlets including the South China Morning Post, Malay Mail, and was documented on Wikipedia, intensified public pressure on the government to act.
In response, Malaysia introduced tougher legal consequences for bullying under Section 507D of the Penal Code, with penalties of up to 10 years in prison. The law took effect in March 2025 and represents one of the most significant legislative responses to school bullying in the country's history.

Why This Matters Beyond Schools
While the conversation often centers on schoolchildren, bullying and harassment don't stop at graduation. The same patterns of intimidation, exclusion, and fear of reporting show up in workplaces. Anyone experiencing harassment at work is encouraged to review their company's anti-harassment policy and reach out to HR, just as a student would turn to a teacher or counselor.
In any setting, documentation matters. Keeping a record of dates, times, and specific comments or actions creates a clear account that can support a formal complaint or, if necessary, a police report. If personal safety is ever at risk, contacting the police should not be delayed.

What Can Be Done?
Change doesn't rest on one group alone. Parents, teachers, school counselors, friends, and even social media influencers with platforms reaching young people all have a role in shifting the culture around bullying.
Experts also recommend practical safety steps: avoiding isolated areas at school or in the community, being mindful of social media exposure, and not waiting until a situation escalates before acting. The first time bullying happens is the right time to respond, not after it has continued for weeks or months.

My Final Take and 2Cents
Bullying fuels a "sick nation" by normalizing abuse, eroding mental health, and fracturing societal trust. Education is always the path to building a child's future, and that future carries a ripple effect that touches everyone around them.
I believe we are not doing enough. Or perhaps the problem has always been there, and we have simply chosen to look away.
Speaking from personal experience, my parents loved me deeply and provided everything I needed. But they were busy providing for the family, and they trusted the system to educate me and other kids. That system failed me and the asshole whole make my secondary school experience taste bad, but the good news is form I have the best year tho.
Anyway, regardless of how good or bad any system is, I firmly believe that HOME is always the foundation. It is where children first learn how to behave, how to treat others, and how to respond to the world around them.

You've felt it. You walk into your local Pasar Malam or Bazaaar expecting the same affordable chaos you grew up with — and instead you're paying RM8 for something that used to cost RM3. The stalls look the same. The food looks the same. Goreng pisang here, ayam goreng there, the same 6 dishes repeated down the entire lane. And yet the prices keep climbing every single bloody year.
People think, selling at pasar malam is easy... Issit?
The problem: mostly same food, rising prices
Every pasar malam smells the same. Goreng pisang, ayam goreng, mee goreng. The menu rarely changes, but the price tag does, every single year.
According to Malaysia's Department of Statistics (DOSM), chicken satay jumped 113.7% in price between 2011 and 2024, from RM0.51 to RM1.09 per stick. Nasi lemak rose 81.3% in the same period, hitting RM3.68 in 2024. For comparison, Malaysia's overall inflation rate over that 13-year span was just 28.7%. Night market food isn't just getting more expensive, it's outpacing inflation by close to 3 times.

The Inflation Numbers
According to DOSM's Consumer Price Index report, Malaysia's headline inflation sat at a modest 1.8% in 2024. But everyday street food tells a very different story.
Some ingredients spiked even harder, like cockles, which jumped 400%. These aren't isolated incidents. They reflect a structural shift in what it actually costs to put food on a banana leaf in this country.
- Nasi lemak rose 81.3 percent over 13 years.
- Roti canai climbed 71.1 percent, from RM0.90 to RM1.54.
- Plain white rice rose 73.7 percent.

System 404 Error
Before a vendor earns a single ringgit, they've already paid through several layers of cost that customers never see. There's the land bid fee paid to secure a spot, often controlled by local councils or organisers.
There's the event organiser's markup on top of that. There's tent and equipment rental. Then finally there's the actual cost of ingredients, labour, and licensing etc.
According to industry discussions and reporting from outlets like Eurasia Review, street vendors already operate on razor thin margins, and rising ingredient costs driven by supply chain disruptions and currency fluctuations only squeeze them further. By the time the price reaches you, it has already passed through several hands taking a cut.

The Cost Stack Goes Deeper and Deeper and Deeper
It isn't just 1 markup. It's 5 layers stacked on top of each other before the food even touches a wok. Bidding wars for prime locations push rental costs up. Tentage and setup companies charge for their services.
Organisers need to earn something too, since they're managing the whole event. And vendors, sitting at the bottom of that chain, absorb rising ingredient costs from global supply issues and a weaker ringgit, with very little room left to cushion the blow.
According to TradingEconomics data, food away from home inflation hit 4.4 percent in September 2025, a meaningful jump for an industry already running thin.

How about The Health Numbers?
Here's the part most people skip past. According to the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2023, conducted by Malaysia's Ministry of Health, 54.4% of Malaysian adults are now overweight or obese. That's up from roughly 44% in 2011.
Diabetes affects 15.6% of adults, or 3.55 million people. Research published in peer reviewed journals also found that around 30% of Malaysian street food is deep fried, and that fried noodle dishes can carry over 2,000mg of sodium (WTF) per serving, far above recommended daily limits in a single plate.

"Survival" Food Has other Delayed Bill~
Due to survival and chase of taste. The low price you pay at the stall isn't the full cost. Researchers studying Malaysian street food have advised vendors not to reuse cooking oil more than twice, because repeated heating breaks the oil down and produces compounds linked to health risks. In practice, busy stalls reuse oil far more than that to control costs.
You're not just paying RM5 for fried chicken. You're paying RM5 now, and quietly deferring a second, much larger bill to your future self, one that shows up as a doctor's visit instead of a receipt.

My Final Take and 2Cents
I tell you all of this does not means you should stop going Pasar malam. This bazaar or pasar malam is part of Malaysian culture and community life, not just a place to eat. The fix isn't avoidance, it's awareness. Choose grilled over deep fried when you can. Order teh o kosong instead of teh tarik loaded with air potong kaki.
Treat lah pasar malam food as an occasional indulgence rather than a daily meal plan. And don't be afraid to ask a vendor what ingredient they're using if your SUS. You have every right to know what's going into your food and also remember go vote for next election for better PASAR MALAM!

81% of buyers at exhibitions already have money to spend.
Are you in the room when they decide? Most businesses aren't. That's your opportunity and your competitor's advantage.
Your best buyers might not find you online.
Ads can't replicate that. Exhibitions can, it's another benchmark of exposure.
Digital advertising reaches many but it rarely builds the trust that closes a deal. The handshake, the eye contact, the live product demo: these are conversion tools that no algorithm can replace.

Be visitor before becoming Exhibitor
Walking the floor as a visitor is the single highest-ROI preparation step any Malaysian business can take before committing to a boot
- What draws visitors in?
- What layouts convert?
- Understand what they're actually looking for?
- This one step prevents costly misalignment
- How the Exhibitor's Staff Perform to Attract
The wrong EVENT will drain your budget fast.
Not all exhibitions are created equal. Before you book, run this three-point check:
Past Visitor Numbers
Is the footfall large enough to justify your investment? Look for verified attendance data from previous editions.
Buyer Profile Match
Are the visitors actually your customers? Industry, seniority, and purchasing power all matter.
Competitor Presence
Do your competitors exhibit here? If yes, your buyers are already in the room. That's validation — not a threat
If all 3 match, book it. If they don't, please I beg you to walk away 1st.

A Small booth might outperforms a Big one.
The most common mistake Malaysian exhibitors make is equating booth size with results. A 111/9LJ RM10,000 - RM30,000 well-targeted booth at the right show will consistently outperform a RM100,000 - RM200,000 premium space at the wrong venue. This is real case real scenario.

The Path: Local → National → International.
The businesses that win at international exhibitions didn't start there. They built the foundation system first.
Local SME Fair
Start here. Low cost, low risk. Master your booth setup, messaging, and lead capture process.
National Show (MIHAS / SIAL)
Scale up with confidence. Apply what you learned. Meet buyers from across Malaysia and the region.
International Exhibition
Go global with a proven system. Your booth, your pitch, and your follow-up process are already battle-tested.

My Final Take and 2Cents
Not every exhibition is worth joining. Focus on events where your target customers, buyers, or decision-makers are actively attending. Before investing, evaluate.
For first-time exhibitors, consider attending as a visitor before committing to a booth. Observe the crowd quality, exhibitor engagement, and overall event performance.
Key takeaway: Don't choose an exhibition based on visitor numbers alone, choose it based on business opportunities and potential ROI. If you are not ready don't force.

When I was in middle school, I always saw other kids my age playing with this gasing-like thing called Beyblade. Back then, I never gave it much thought because I found it boring, and my parents weren't really supportive of me trying it.
Fast forward to today, I started noticing Beyblade everywhere again. A friend bought some for his kids, and a coworker kept sending me Beyblade news and videos. Eventually, I couldn't resist and bought a beginner set for my son. Of course, as someone who never got to experience this hobby as a kid, I ended up buying two sets, one for my son and one for myself.
That also led me down a rabbit hole of Beyblade's history, origins, popularity, and cultural impact. Here's what I discovered.

Beyblade is a Japanese spinning-top battle toy that combines elements of traditional gasing, engineering, strategy, collecting, and competitive play. Created in 1999, it has evolved into a global phenomenon with anime series, organized tournaments, and millions of players worldwide.
Unlike traditional gasing, Beyblades are customizable, allowing players to mix different parts to create unique combinations focused on attack, defense, stamina, or balance. Players launch their Beyblades into a stadium and compete to outspin, knock out, or defeat their opponents.

My Final Take and 2Cents
Beyblade is one of the few toys that combines play, collecting, strategy, engineering, and face-to-face social interaction, making it appealing to both kids and parents in 2026.
After a few days of playing, I realized my younger self was probably right: it's still not really my thing. But surprisingly, it sparked my curiosity. How did Beyblade this modern version of gasing become so popular again? Why are schools, parents, and kids suddenly embracing it?
While I'm not particularly fond of it myself, I would still encourage you to give it a try, not because you have to like it, but because it may be an experience that sparks your curiosity and opens the door to a new hobby.
And if you have kids, it's a great way to spend quality time together, bond over a shared activity, and create memories that will last far longer than the spinning tops themselves.

Our Scam's Police Report
Sekian, Harap Maklum
Let's Play A Game - Which one is Original L.O?

Did you learn something now? If NO, let me breakdown... (Based on my Experience)
Step-by-Step Breakdown, How These Scammers Operate
- The scammer / syndicate of normally 2 to 5 people or more will do some research before contacts a representative (me) of the targeted company/victim and places an order. The request is usually urgent last minute, coming soon date usually with in a week which the event date is very near.
- A Local Order (LO) or Purchase Order (PO) is then issued to the targeted (Us) company after they "approved" our Quotation. The document appears official, complete with a company letterhead, stamp, and/or authorized signature.
- The document looks legitimate and there are no obvious signs of suspicious activity. The scammer also communicates professionally, soft spoken and convincingly.
- However! The LO or PO is merely bait and the initial trap for bigger "FISH".
- The scammer then will inquires about gift packages, hampers and for our case is POWER STATION, claiming that they wish to add an urgent last-minute order.
- Honestly, Most SME companies are unable to fulfill such requests due to time constraints, capital reserve or lack of expertise in supplying those items.
- The scammer will then recommend a supplier that they claim to have used before, affordable option, one that is supposedly recognized and approved by their organization. The targeted company is encouraged to deal directly with this supplier. In reality, this is a MULE Company controlled by the scammer / syndicate.
- If you want to meet them in person, they will come up with excuses such as not having made an appointment, being in the middle of an audit, being outstation, or attending a meeting—anything to avoid a face-to-face confrontation.
- So, is where the financial transaction takes place. The mule company also issues an official-looking QUOTATION, making the transaction appear legitimate, with SSM Registered with Official Bank Account Details (No Company would dumb enough to transfer Huge amount Money to Individual Account right? How about Company Account, surely more legit right?!). The targeted company then transfers payment to the mule company to fulfill the urgent order.
- Additional urgent orders may continue to be added once the victim is trapped, resulting in further payments being made by the victim.
- When the Targeted company come to realize the unable to contact the both Customer and supplier, and conclude its a fraud... then the victim realizes they have been scammed. GG and FACEPALM!

Note: Don't bother call their Tel: 603-89113440, I called everyday from 3rd Jun to clarify is Mr Azziz a staff there yet until today (6th Jun) during working how, not a single fly answer the call.
Continue... To make the incident even more intriguing,
Pada 6 Jun all 3 of the scammers' contact numbers still had not blocked me. They continued replying to my messages and were still expecting me to meet them at the setup venue and deliver the POWER BLOODY STATION. Although I strongly doubted that Encik Azizudin would actually show up, a small part of me still hoped 1% that the case might be genuine.
Out of curiosity, and holding onto that remaining 1% hope that it was not a scam, I decided to travel to Putrajaya to verify the situation once more with the security personnel at the venue.
Guess what happened?
The security guard, along with two police officers who arrived shortly after, informed me that earlier that same morning, around 5:00 AM, another 2 suppliers had come looking for Encik Azizudin as well, showing same profile picture and numbers.
Yes, the rest is history.
What we learned from this experience is a valuable lesson about how sophisticated and adaptable scammers have become. They scrape information from your website, use AI to create convincing images and documents, replicate official-looking paperwork, develop carefully planned scripts, and patiently wait for the right opportunity. They study your business, learn your industry's terminology, and communicate in a way that builds trust and credibility.
More importantly, they exploit psychology. They identify weaknesses, create urgency, and manipulate emotions. The moment you let your guard down, they strike like cobra snake.
This experience serves as a reminder that in today's digital world, vigilance is not optional - it is essential.

My Final Take and 2Cents
it takes me 1 day+ to digest my anger, confusion, disappointment and guilt toward myself for letting down my company and business partner and along the way I try not to linger around the negative feeling because getting the money back might not happen depend how is the investigation result and how the bank resolve this fraud case.
I just take my time to swallow this mistake and write this post to digest my discomfort and hoping this post able to reach for those still not KENA yet into this scams (hope you wont experience at all ofcause). I take my pride to see this as a learning curve not to easy let my guard down eventho in the past we never "KENA" before and thinking it will not happen, and I lucky enough compare to other victims that fell into more serios lost from hundred thousand to million, we consider "lucky"?
So What you will definitely gain is a lesson that teaches you to be more cautious in the future and helps you warn those around you to be more vigilant as well.

Why Some People Hate AI (Ai SLOP!)?
Not everyone supports the rise of AI. Some people dislike it for several reasons.

- Bias in AI outputs - AI systems can perpetuate and amplify existing societal biases if not carefully managed.
- Corporate data collection - Inputting business and personal information into AI tools raises questions about where that data goes.
- Unpredictable behaviour - AI tools occasionally produce unexpected, incorrect, or inappropriate outputs.
- Distrust of automation - A principled preference for human craftsmanship over machine efficiency.
My Final Take and 2Cents
AI tools are no longer optional for modern businesses and content creators. If utilize properly the use of Ai Tools, they can save time, assist on repetitive task, reduce cost, and help people produce more content faster.
However, AI should be treated as an assistant, not a replacement for human skills. The best results happen when humans use AI wisely while still maintaining creativity, originality, emotion, and strategic thinking.
In the future, people who know how to work together with AI tools will have a major advantage over those who ignore them completely.
AI is not here to replace humans. AI is here to help humans become more productive, creative, and efficient. unless some fellow mess up and "Wake" the Skynet Mode... Joking
So, if you want to stay ahead of AI and outperform it, can you create something that a CPU or GPU cannot replicate?

What is PANTONE Colour
Pantone color refers to a standardized color system developed by Pantone called the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Instead of describing a color vaguely as “dark blue” or “bright red,” Pantone gives each color a specific code, such as Pantone 186 C or Pantone 300 U.
This allows designers, printers, manufacturers, and brands around the world to reproduce the exact same color consistently, regardless of location, printer, or material.

History of Pantone
Pantone began in the 1950s as a small commercial printing company in Carlstadt. In 1956, a young employee named Lawrence Herbert joined the company and used his chemistry knowledge to organize pigments and ink formulas.
At that time, printers had no universal way to match colors. Designers, clients, and printers often relied on verbal descriptions or physical samples, leading to inconsistent results.
In 1962, Lawrence Herbert bought the company, and in 1963 he introduced the Pantone Matching System. The original system used a small number of base pigments that could be mixed in precise ratios to create repeatable colors.

Why Pantone Exists
Pantone was created to solve one major problem: color inconsistency. Before Pantone, a company might ask for “bright red,” but every printer could produce a different shade. A logo printed in one country could look darker, lighter, or more orange in another country.
Pantone created a universal “language of color,” where everyone can refer to the same numbered shade. For example, if a designer specifies Pantone 186 C, printers and manufacturers know exactly which red to produce.

Why Pantone Is Important
Pantone is important because color consistency is essential for branding, manufacturing, and product quality. For example:
- A brand’s logo color must remain the same across packaging, brochures, websites, uniforms, and exhibition booths.
- Large companies operating in multiple countries need identical colors on every product.
- Certain colors such as metallics, neon, and fluorescents cannot be reproduced accurately with normal CMYK printing.
- Pantone helps avoid expensive mistakes in printing and manufacturing.

History of Paper Invention
Paper was first developed in ancient China. Early forms existed before the 2nd century BCE, but the Chinese court official Cai Lun is traditionally credited with refining papermaking around 105 CE. He improved the process using tree bark, hemp, old rags, and fishing nets, making paper cheaper and easier to produce than bamboo slips or silk. Paper technology later spread to the Islamic world, then to Europe, eventually becoming one of the most important inventions in human history.
History of Paper Sizes
Modern paper sizes are largely based on the ISO 216 standard, which uses the A, B, and C series. The concept began in 1786 when German scientist Georg Christoph Lichtenberg proposed a paper ratio of 1:√2, which keeps the same proportions when folded in half. Germany later standardized this as DIN 476 in 1922, and it eventually became the international ISO 216 standard in 1975. A4 became the most widely used paper size globally.
My Final Take and 2Cents
Although digital media dominates modern communication through websites, social media, online advertising, and mobile devices, paper still offers advantages that digital platforms cannot fully replace. Printed materials provide a physical experience, stronger brand presence, and higher perceived value. Packaging, catalogues, brochures, menus, business cards, and premium printed materials often create a more lasting impression than digital visuals alone.
Today, paper and digital media work together rather than compete against each other. Businesses commonly use digital platforms for speed, convenience, and global reach, while paper remains valuable for branding, packaging, retail displays, printed marketing materials, and face-to-face communication. As a result, understanding paper sizes, materials, and their applications remains highly relevant in the current world.
