DELIVERY CHARGES
​HOW DO WE CHARGE?
Shipping fees is base on the amount of weight, sizes / volumetric from the order and distance of the delivery location. We only able to finalize the shipping fees after our customer provide the confirmation of the total items that going to be order.

Volumetric Rate Calculation: Height x Width x Length = KG

DOMESTIC / LOCAL SHIPPING
  • Payment: We accept 100% full payment from Local Bank such as Maybank, CIMB, Public etc.
  • Shipping Company: We use Skynet, Citylink, Pos Laju and others subject to customer's request and choose the best rate to cater them.
  • Terms & Conditions: We will insure the safety of the packaging but NOT be responsible for any delay / damage delivery by the courier company - So far our delivery service is safely reach to our customer's doorstep :)​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Payment: We accept 100% full payment from Stripe or Paypal or Teletransfer TT  for international order.
  • Shipping Company: We use DHL, UPS express, Skynet / Sea subject to customer's request and choose the best rate to cater them.
  • Terms & Conditions: We will NOT be responsible for any delay / damage during delivery including customs checking, strike ETC. Customer is responsible for custom tariff duties solely as well.

  • Time of changes and amendments.

NOTE TO OUR BELOVED CUSTOMER:
  • Please include as much detail as possible. This should include size, the purpose of the design, who your target audience is and attachments of or links to any examples you already like.
  • Essential inclusions: Logos, images, copy, and brand guidelines if you have them. How do you need to receive the final artwork (Ai illustrator, photoshop, PDF, JPEG etc)

ON-Site Accessibility Requirements
Clients are required to ensure that the event venue:
  • Is accessible by a 1-3-ton lorry
  • Has level access equivalent to the loading bay
  • Is located within 20 ft from the loading bay
Failure to meet these requirements will result in additional loading charges (in & out).
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection are scheduled 1–3 days before and after the event, subject to operational availability and scheduling flexibility.
Any specific timing requests must be communicated upon confirmation and are subject to mutual agreement.
ALERT OF COLORS, SOFTWARE FORMAT & CUTTING SIZE
Please read our printing guidelines carefully to ensure your graphic designs requirement are set up correctly, allowing sufficient time for your order to meet the required deadline.
  • Convert all Fonts to Create Outlines (for vector files) or flatten them (for raster files).
  • Sender must Submit files in compatible CMYK, VECTOR FORMATS to avoid any discoloration or image distortion.
  • Rasterized files should be set to 200 - 300 Pixels Per Inch (DPI) for optimal quality (applicable to full-color printing only).
  • Use high-resolution images to preserve the best quality of the final print output.

  • Submit files in compatible vector formats. Acceptable formats include: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), or EPS (.EPS).

Do you charge extra for outstation, OT overtime, installation, and dismantling jobs?
Overtime (5:00 PM to 9:00 AM), logistics charges, and distance-based costs are excluded. Prices may vary depending on the location.​Any installation or dismantling works conducted outside normal working hours will incur additional overtime (OT) charges.

 Order Acceptance Policy
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to decline or cease accepting orders once capacity (schedule or inventory) has been fully booked. This may occur at any time without prior notice.
Can I reuse or recycle the frame with a new graphic for a different event?
Yes! This is one of the biggest advantages of pop up display / tension fabric systems. The aluminums frame is reusable indefinitely. When your branding changes or you need a fresh design for a new event, simply order a replacement fabric graphic. This makes the overall cost per event lower over time.
