- Customer obtains the venue's blueprint/floor plan (Hall, Hotel, or Field).
- Customer drafts or sketches the booth's floor plan and submits it to the contractor for review and quotation.
- Confirm the setup, dismantling dates and Obtains Work Permit from Venue.
- Proceed with payment for booking.
- Contractor conducts a site visit and performs a final floor plan check.
- Proceed with setup or dismantling.
